Meet Coach Pete
My name is Peter de Lange. I am a personal trainer and a former competitive amateur boxer. I am passionate about helping people to be successful - in boxing, and in life.
I am a practitioner of the Wim Hof Method (cold exposure, breathwork, meditation), and I put a strong emphasis on mindset and intention setting.
Our thoughts become our reality, let's make them positive ones!
