
What do I need for class?
How to prepare for your first class...
Going to a new gym can be an intimidating experience, especially if you've never boxed before. It's ok if you're nervous, just don't let that stop you from showing up!

Our community is welcoming and friendly, we're all here to help each other improve. Once you get here you will feel right at home.

We discourage political discussion or other divisive topics and have no tolerance for racism or hate. We encourage conversations about personal growth, fitness/boxing, health and wellness and positive community involvement.

All you need to bring with you is a water bottle and athletic clothing. If you have boxing gloves and hand wraps bring them too, if not, we have gloves you can borrow. Make sure you allow time for hand wrapping before class commences. If you don't know how to wrap your hands we recommend that you watch one of the many tutorials available on Youtube, so that you know how to do it ahead of time. There are no outdoor shoes permitted within the training area. Bring a pair of indoor shoes, or you can just wear socks, or go bare foot. If you sweat a lot, bring a towel.

Once you arrive there will be a waiver form to fill out, so aim to be here 5 - 10 minutes before class time.

When the form is complete, it's go time! We will guide you through the entire process. Follow the prompts, do your best, and have fun!
